At Apolis, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
